FREQUENTLY ASKED SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please be patient and allow additional time for processing and shipping. Processing during normal times typically takes 24-48 hours (M-F). Please allow 7-15 days for delivery to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and all European Union Countries. And allow 7-30 days for delivery to the rest of the world.

Q: What's my tracking number?
A: Your tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provided once it ships out. Please double check your spam folder and allow some time for this to happen. Or please email us and we will help you check it.

Q: My package says it's in Pre-Shipment and SF Express is awaiting the item for days now.
A: Due to the massive increase in online shopping and limited staff the SF Express has been very busy. Occasionally a box of orders does not get scanned in and just gets put on the truck in an effort to expedite delivery. Please know that we are all doing the best we can. Patience in this time is very much appreciated.

Q: My package says it was delivered but it's not here.
A: Please contact your local post office first, they are best suited to help at this stage of the delivery. If they can't help please obtain a case ID and email it to info@iwata-tech.com.
